4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and ACH payments. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Setup fees and completed work are generally non-refundable. Monthly service fees may be refunded on a prorated basis if services are terminated with proper notice.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on Advantage's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Advantage makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Advantage or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Advantage's website, even if Advantage or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
