Rank First Fast provides web design, search engine optimization, paid advertising management, and related digital marketing services. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are documented in a separate project agreement.
Most engagements require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the balance due upon completion. Recurring services (SEO, ads, maintenance) are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge.
We do not guarantee specific Google rankings or traffic levels. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and rankings depend on factors outside our control. We do guarantee our process, our effort, and our transparency.
Monthly services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. One-time projects (websites, branding) are subject to the cancellation terms in your specific project agreement.
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables (website code, content, designs) we produce for you. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question during the prior 3 months.
